Quick Fit-Check Guide

A well-fitting bra makes all the difference. Use these simple checks to see if your current size is right for you.

Band Check

The band should sit horizontally around your ribcage, snug but not tight. You should be able to fit two fingers under the band. If it rides up, the band is too big.

Cup Check

Your breast tissue should be fully inside the cup with no spillage at the top or sides. If the cup wrinkles or gaps, it's too big. If you bulge out, the cup is too small.

Strap Check

Straps should stay in place without digging into your shoulders. Adjust them so they provide light support – the band should do most of the work.

Center Gore Check

The center piece between the cups (the gore) should lie flat against your sternum. If it doesn't, the cup size may be too small or the style wrong for your shape.
